Acceptance of Terms

By using BooF Bots (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

By setting up an account, you give explicit instructions on when and how to send buy/sell signals to your VALR account.

Service Description

BooF Bots is a Software as a Service(SaaS)

This service is a technical tool(software) integrated with the VALR platform, designed to enable users to monitor market conditions and interact with their VALR account according to their own specifications. The service provides a robust, user-directed system for tracking cryptocurrency market activity and receiving timely alerts, without offering financial advice or managing user assets.

To maintain clarity, it’s important to note that this service:

- Does not execute trades on behalf of users, trades are executed on the VALR platfrom given explicit instructions from the user.

- Does not provide investment recommendations or financial advice.

- Does not manage or control user funds in any way.

User Responsibilities

- You must have a valid VALR account and comply with VALR’s terms.

- You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials and API keys. We recommend following best practices, such as not sharing your API keys and storing them securely, to prevent unauthorized access.

- You accept all financial risks of trading and staking, including potential losses.

Fees and Payments

Users purchase credits to operate bots. One credit operates one bot for four weeks (28 days). Pricing options are listed at purchase. We are not liable for fees charged by VALR or third parties.

Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading is volatile and risky. The service operates on instruction from the user, and any loss is solely the user's responsibility. Past performance is not a predictor of future results. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BooF Bots, its creators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses, data breaches, or service interruptions.

No Warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability. Technical issues or VALR API downtime may disrupt operation, and we are not responsible for such disruptions.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access to BooF Bots at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason—including suspected misuse or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts for any disputes arising from these terms.
